Completely Un-installed Geforce Experience (no issues so far)
Run ORIGIN as administrator (NOT WORKED) Seemed to work for a while, but nope.
Run the game in Windows 8 Compatibility mode. (NOT WORKED)
Run the GAME as administrator. (NOT WORKED)
Disable full-screen optimisation. (NOT WORKED)
Run the game in Windowed/Fullscreen/Borderless (Tried them all) (NOT WORKED)
Turn off Origin In Game overlay (NOT WORKED)
Drag Discord to main window (Don’t have discord)
Running game with Jetboost Processes/Servicies Stopped 33 - Perf. +40% (NOT WORKED)
Right-click Repair from Origin library (NOT WORKED)
Unplug multiple monitors (Friend Only has One and issue still exists)
Currently testing port-forwarding. (NOT WORKED) Will leave the ports up for reference.

****Note 22990 both (TPC and UDP) my router would not let me set two sepearte rules so had to set 22990 as both TPC/UDP then 22991-23006 UDP

Followed a guide to clear out Origins entire cache (NOT WORKED)
Disable Anti-Virus / Firewall (Not Tried)
